Superior Customs - Terms & Conditions

Ordering By Phone

For fast service, phone in and use your Visa, or MasterCard card. Our sales office is open 9 am to 5 p.m. M-F (EST). You will need the following information to place your order:

  1. The part number
  2. The product description
  3. Make, Model, body style, etc. of your car or truck.

When credit card is used, you will need:

  1. Credit card number
  2. Expiration date
  3. Name and address where you receive your billing statement. 
  4. Name and address of the bank where your card is issued from


Payment Methods

No Personal Checks.

Company Checks  - will be accepted only if authorized through our office. Any returned checks for any reason whatsoever will accrue a fee of $25.00. 

Visa and MasterCard  - accepted with correct billing address for security purposes. 

Western Union Wire Transfers 

Money Order or Cashiers Check - Mailed directly to our Maryville, TN Office

CALL FIRST TO VERIFY EXACT AMOUNT.


Truck Orders

Any product requiring Truck Freight shipment must be prepaid. The carrier will collect the freight charges on delivery. Please note: if UPS shippable items are ordered at the same time they will also be sent with the truck order


Orders Outside the 48 States

Must be paid in full in U.S. funds. Freight charges are collect due to varying sizes and weights required by the freight carriers. All credit card orders must be from a U.S. located bank.


Refused , Exchanged or Errors in Shipments

If any shipment is refused there will be a 15% handling charge in addition to the freight charges both ways added to your account. No further shipments will be released until account is paid in full.

Any returns may be for exchange only within 30 days of invoice date. Freight must be pre-paid. Exchange is limited to items of equal or greater value.

Any claims for errors in shipping due to shipper error must be filed with Superior Customs Inc. within 24 hours of receipt of goods.


Damaged Shipments

All claims for damaged or missing merchandise must first be filed with the carrier. Superior Customs Inc. cannot make the claim for you. We will replace the merchandise as soon as the carrier settles the claim.


Subject To Change

Superior Customs Inc. reserves the right, at our discretion, to make any changes deemed necessary to products, literature or pricing without incurring any liability or obligation to our customers.


Limited Warranty

All products carry a warranty against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Warranty is limited to the replacement of parts found to be defective by Superior Customs Inc. Authorization of Repair or Replacement shall be made at the discretion of Superior Customs Inc.

This warranty excludes any and all labor, paint, installation and any other charges. All products must be pre-fitted before painting. Absolutely no painted parts will be accepted for return based on a "does not fit" claim. This warranty also excludes any defects caused by abuse, neglect, damage in transit, off highway use, accident, altered parts, or parts that have been installed incorrectly. Alteration voids all warranty.

Superior Customs will not be liable for any damages from the use of our products.
